Product Description

Aditya PU Rubber – 40 is a pourable liquid polyurethane rubber supplied in two parts:

Part A: PU Rubber

Part B: Hardener

Part A and Part B are mixed in the recommended ratio to produce a flexible and durable PU rubber mould.

Pigments can be added to produce coloured moulds.

It is mainly used for making Concrete, Cement, GRC, Cultural Stone, and Artificial Stone moulds.

For best results: If you want to remove trapped air bubbles completely, open the lids of both containers and keep them separately under direct sunlight for 1–2 hours, or warm Part A and Part B separately in an oven up to 80°C before use.

Low viscosity for excellent flow into fine details.

Can be converted into a brushable paste by adding Aditya Brushing Agent 999, allowing it to be applied with a brush.

Long gel time for easy processing.
